We refer to GTRONIC's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 2 June 2021 and 8 June 2021 respectively pursuant to the single tier special dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2021 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C11. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-C11 shall remain the same. |
