We refer to the announcement made by GTRONIC on 27 February 2020 pursuant to a single tier special dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019, no adjustments will be made to GTRONIC-C2 pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price of GTRONIC-C2.
