We refer to the announcement made by GTRONIC dated 2 June 2020 and our announcement dated 4 June 2020 in relation to the single tier special dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 9 May 2019, the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C4 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
