We refer to GTRONIC's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 2 June 2020 and 5 June 2020 respectively pursuant to a single tier special dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend"). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C6. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-C6 shall remain the same. |
