We refer to GTRONIC's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 27 February 2020 and 3 March 2020 respectively pursuant to a single tier special dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Special Dividend"). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-CZ. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-CZ shall remain the same. |
