We refer to GTRONICs and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad announcement dated 1 November 2019 and 6 November 2019, respectively in relation to a single tier special dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2019 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustment to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-CZ. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-CZ shall remain the same. |
