We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the ordinary shares of HARTA.
The HARTA-HC is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HARTA-HC is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 May 2020, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 19 February 2021.
The HARTA-HC will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 18 May 2020 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2020.
A summary of principal terms of the HARTA-HC is set out in Table 1.
