OFFERING OF UP TO 40,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF HIBISCUS PETROLEUM BERHAD ("HIBISCS") ("HIBISCS-C13")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 40,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of HIBISCS by way of market making.


The HIBISCS-C13 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The HIBISCS-C13 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The HIBISCS-C13 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under HIBISCS-C13 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
