MACQUARIE CAPITAL SECURITIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("MCSM")

OFFERING OF UP TO 44,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED PUT WARRANTS OVER HANG SENG INDEX ("HSI") ("HSI-HDT")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 44,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over HSI by way of market making.


The HSI-HDT is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The HSI-HDT is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The HSI-HDT is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-HDT are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
