We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Rights Issue and Private Placement.

We wish to inform that 205,000,000 and 225,000,000 Additional Warrants B (as defined herein) were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 February 2016 and 8 March 2016, respectively pursuant to the private placement of new ordinary shares of RM0.01 each in Hubline ("Placement Share(s)") together with free detachable new warrants 2015/2020 ("Additional Warrant(s) B") on the basis of one (1) Additional Warrant B for every two (2) Placement Shares subscribed ("Private Placement").
