(Reference is made to the announcements in relation to the Listing, Prospectus of IGB Commercial REIT dated 10 June 2021 (“Principal Prospectus”) as well as the Supplementary Prospectus of IGB Commercial REIT dated 28 July 2021 (“Supplementary Prospectus”, together with the “Principal Prospectus”, “Prospectus”)). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Prospectus.)

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that as at the closing of acceptance and payment for the Restricted Offering at 5.00 p.m. on 20 August 2021, the Manager had received valid acceptances for a total of 241,946,806 ROFS Units and 362,919,949 corresponding DIS Units, representing a subscription rate of approximately 67.33% of the total number of 307,336,247 ROFS Units and 461,003,731 corresponding DIS Units available for subscription, representing an unsubscribed Units rate of approximately 18.20%.

Details of the valid acceptances received as at the closing of the Restricted Offering are as follows:

¹ Consisting 130,000,000 Units offered for sale by the Selling Shareholders under the Institutional Offering pursuant to the respective undertakings provided by the Selling Shareholders.

The total unsubscribed 163,473,223 Units and the 130,000,000 Units to be offered for sale by the Selling Shareholders (pursuant to their respective undertakings) will be made available for subscription by the institutional investors and the selected investors under the Institutional Offering pursuant to Section 3.3.2 of the Prospectus.
