("HSIT") owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HBAP") owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HABV owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. The change is due to : Disposal of 2,400,000 and 1,700,000 shares on 17 April 2018 and 18 April 2018 respectively by Kenderlay Limited. |
