| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of IGB Berhad (formerly known as Goldis Berhad) ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") of the Company dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed at the 18th AGM held earlier today. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
