ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND THE NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2017/2020 OF JAG BERHAD ("JAG") ("WARRANTS B") PURSUANT TO THE SHARE CONSOLIDATION INVOLVING THE CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 4 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN JAG INTO 1 ORDINARY SHARE IN JAG AT 5.00 P.M. ON 24 AUGUST 2020 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION")
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants B will be revised from RM0.15 to RM0.60 each while 48,690,123 Consolidated Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 August 2020 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments"). Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, the Adjustments takes effect after 5.00 p.m., 24 August 2020, being the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation. The notice to the holders of the Warrants B (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 24 August 2020.
