It was reported, inter alia, in the said Article as follows:-

Besides the shrinking demand, cloned test probes have eaten into market share, the selling price is at least 20% to 25% lower. Legal proceedings is underway but we have to move ahead and prepare for the upturn that started in the second half of last year Foong told the Edge Financial Daily in an interview.

JF Tech wishes to clarify that the legal proceedings as stated in the Edge Financial Daily is in fact undertaken by JF Techs customer taken against the clones and not by JF Tech itself.
