On behalf of the Board of Directors of JF Tech (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to announce that JF Tech proposes to undertake the proposed bonus issue of up to 692,998,755 new ordinary shares in JF Tech (“Bonus Shares”) together with up to 461,999,170 free detachable warrants (“Warrants”), on the basis of 3 Bonus Shares together with 2 Warrants for every 1 existing ordinary share in JF Tech (“JF Tech Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares with Warrants”).
