Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 July 2020, 20 July 2020, 23 July 2020 and 24 July 2020 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM3.20 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM3.20 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.2366 or 6.88% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of JF Tech Shares from 13 August 2020 to 19 August 2020 of RM3.4366.
