| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Syed Ahmad Alwee Alsree ("Datuk Syed Ahmad") practised law in Singapore for over ten (10) years prior to joining Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("CMS"), a conglomerate listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with cement, construction materials, infrastructure and property development as its core businesses. In February 2004, Datuk Syed Ahmad was appointed as Group General Manager - Human Resources of CMS and was subsequently appointed as its Deputy Group Managing Director in September 2006. He was re-designated as Group Executive Director of CMS in August 2008, a post he held until his retirement on 18 October 2019. |
