Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2015, 6 October 2015, 18 December 2015, 28 December 2015, 13 January 2016, 20 January 2016 and 21 January 2016 (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to the shareholders of Kerjaya dated 29 December 2015 (“Circular”) in relation to, inter-alia, the KPSB Consideration RCPS.

(Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements and Circular.)

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Kerjaya, AmInvestment Bank Berhad and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd are pleased to announce that the Company has today, received a notice from Egovision Sdn Bhd, being one of the holders of the KPSB Consideration RCPS, to covert 96,000,000 KPSB Consideration RCPS into 96,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Kerjaya (“Conversion Shares”) (“Conversion”).

The issued and paid-up share capital of Kerjaya after the Conversion will be RM112,707,180.50 comprising of the latest issued and paid-up share capital of Kerjaya of 129,414,361 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each as at 23 March 2016 and 96,000,000 Conversion Shares.
