Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2015, 6 October 2015, 18 December 2015, 28 December 2015, 20 January 2016, 22 March 2016, 30 January 2016, 20 May 2016, 27 May 2016 and 30 May 2016 (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to the shareholders of Kerjaya dated 29 December 2015 (“Circular”) in relation to, inter-alia, the Private Placement.

(Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements and Circular.)

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Kerjaya, AmInvestment Bank Berhad and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd are pleased to announce that the Private Placement has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 60,000,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today.
