Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of KLK-C5 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of KLK-C5 x (RM22.1529 - RM23.50) x (1/40)
= Number of KLK-C5 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM22.1529 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the KLK Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and KLK-C5 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of KLK-C5 shall terminate absolutely.
