The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Disposal. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 May 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the parties to the SPA have on 21 July 2022 entered into an amendment agreement to the SPA to amend, vary and modify the terms and conditions in the SPA ("Amendment Agreement"). Kindly refer to the attachment for further details on the Amendment Agreement.
