LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 59379 OF 2010

Share consolidation involving the consolidation of every 4 existing ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in KNM Group Berhad ("KNM") into 1 ordinary share of RM1.00 each in KNM ("Consolidated Share").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Offer" ]
as from : [ 2 December 2010 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 6 December 2010 ]

Remarks :- "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 8 December 2010 with share consolidation KNM shares of RM1.00 each. Any shareholder who is entitled to receive KNM share consolidation shares, may sell any or all of his KNM shares arising from the share consolidation shares beginning the ex-date (2 December 2010).

For example, if Mr X purchases 400 KNM shares on cum basis on 1 December 2010, Mr X should receive 400 shares on 6 December 2010. As a result of the share consolidation, 100 KNM shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 6 December 2010 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the share consolidation shares of 100 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 2 December 2010 onwards."
