We are pleased to announce that KOSSAN-C6 has expired at 9.00 a.m. on 24 December 2020 ("Expiry Date") and the warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per KOSSAN-C6) (if the said amount is greater than zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at RM 5.0680 being the arithmetic mean of the closing price of KOSSAN Shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the five (5) scheduled market days prior to and including the market day before the Expiry Date.

= {(Settlement Price - Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio } x Number of KOSSAN-C6 exercised - 0.30%
= {(RM 5.0680 - RM 2.9250) / 3.25 } x Number of KOSSAN-C6 exercised - 0.30%
= RM 0.6594 x Number of KOSSAN-C6 exercised - 0.30%

Payment of the Cash Settlement Amount shall be made via the eDividend or Cash Redemption Payment Service by Bursa Malaysia Depository into the bank account of the Holders as provided in the Record of Depositors within seven (7) Market Days following the Expiry Date. Bank cheques shall be issued in favour of the Holders whose bank account information is not available in the Record of Depositors.
