OFFERING OF UP TO 12,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF KOSSAN RUBBER INDUSTRIES BERHAD ("KOSSAN") ("KOSSAN-C8")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 12,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KOSSAN by way of market making.


The KOSSAN-C8 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The KOSSAN-C8 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The KOSSAN-C8 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under KOSSAN-C8 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
