Remarks :
We received a notification from Kossan Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd ("KH") on 14 July 2022 that there was an error in the announcement dated 20 June 2022, whereby the 588,300 ordinary shares acquired by KH on 17 June 2022 were wrongly stated at 578,300. This had affected the announcement on 20 June 2022 and the subsequent announcements made on 24 June, 27 June and 1 July 2022. 

This amendment is to reflect the correct shareholding held by KH. The direct shareholding of KH as at 13 July 2022 is 1,227,588,320.
