LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 12267 OF 2002

Kindly be advised that KPOWER's entire issued and paid-up share capital of 41,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the Second Board under the "Industrial Products" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 22 March 2002, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of the Exchange.
