The Board of Directors of the Company had on 18 May 2022 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 May to 30 September. The next financial year will be commencing from 1 June 2021 to 30 September 2022, covering a period of 16 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 30 September annually. The rationale of the change is to realign the Company's period of quarters with calendar year. |
