  1. Quantification of Mr Koo Kien Yoon’s direct and indirect shareholdings in Sinaran.
  2. The risks in relation to the Acquisition.

The Company’s announcement dated 05 October 2021 (“Announcement”) and the Letter of Query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 06 October 2021 (Ref : IQL-06102021-00001) in relation to the Acquisition of 70,076,600 ordinary shares of SINARAN, representing 9.96% of the issued and paid up capital of SINARAN for a total cash consideration of RM6,516,530 from open market refers.  

 

The Board of LAMBO wishes to inform that:-

 

(1) Mr Koo Kien Yoon does not hold any shares in SINARAN. 

 

(2) Save for the normal business and global economic risk, the Board of Director of LAMBO is not aware of any other risk factors which may arise as a result of the Investment.
