MACQUARIE CAPITAL SECURITIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("MCSM")

OFFERING OF UP TO 20,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MAH SING GROUP BERHAD ("MAHSING") ("MAHSING-C26")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAHSING by way of market making.

 

The MAHSING-C26 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

 

The MAHSING-C26 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The MAHSING-C26 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under MAHSING-C26 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
