Commencement of Business : The company has not commenced operations since its incorporation

Purchase Consideration : RM2.00 in cash

Date of Incorporation : 9th September, 2000

Share Capital : Authorised RM100,000 - Ordinary shares
Issued and fully paid - RM2.00

Commencement of Business : The company has not commenced operations since its incorporation

Purchase Consideration : RM2.00 in cash


(3) SIGMAPRISE SDN BHD

Date of Incorporation : 11th September, 2000

Company No. : 525741- H

Share Capital : Authorised RM100,000 - Ordinary shares
Issued and fully paid - RM2.00

Commencement of Business : The company has not commenced operations since its incorporation

Purchase Consideration : RM2.00 in cash


The acquisition of the three (3) companies mentioned above have no effect on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the company. The Directors and Substantial Shareholders have no interest direct or indirect in the transactions.

There are no immediate benefits which are expected to accrue to the company as a result of the transactions. The three (3) companies are acquired for the purpose of Acquisition of Land and Development.
