We refer to the article appearing in The Edge, Financial Daily, Page 2 on Monday 16August 2004.
As per the first 6 months performance we have already reported a profit after tax of RM13.3 million, based on annualize basis and barring any unforeseen circumstances, we should be able to achieve the forecasted profit.

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Edge, FinancialDaily, page
2, on Monday, 16 August 2004, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
