The Board of Directors of MB World Group Berhad (“MB world” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature  ("the Proposal") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A circular to the shareholders containing details of the Proposal will be despatched in due course to the shareholders of the Company together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
