MCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES BERHAD ("MCLEAN" OR THE "COMPANY") Issuance of free warrants in MClean ("New Warrants") on the basis of six (6) New Warrants for every twenty five (25) existing ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in MClean held as at 5.00 p.m. on 6 October 2015 ("Free Warrants Issue")
The New Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of MClean on the basis of six (6) New Warrants for every twenty five (25) ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in MClean ("MClean Share(s)") held as at 5.00p.m. on 6 October 2015. Each New Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new MClean Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 21 September 2015 constituting the New Warrants. Any New Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 13 October 2015.
