The Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad ("the Company") has approved the change in the financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 December to 30 June. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2023 covering a period of 18 months. The reason for the change of FYE is to facilitate better financial statements audit planning and allocation of resources by the Group and external auditor to avoid the peak financial reporting period.
