Contents	The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to annnounce that on 17 August 2009, MediaNet Investment Limited ("MediaNet Investment"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a Convertible Note Subscription Agreement with IATOPIA.COM LIMITED ("Iatopia.com") and Dr. Lee Shu Tak, Raymond, whereby MediaNet Investment agreed to subscribe for convertible notes of an aggregate principal amount of up to HK$4.5 million to be issued by Iatopia.com in three stages which would allow MediaNet Investment to convert the principal amount of the convertible notes into, in aggregate, no more than 21.7% of the issued ordinary shares of Iatopia.com over a three-year period (the "Subscription"). The details of the Subscription is attached herewith. This announcement is dated 17 August 2009.
