Contents	The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to annnounce that on 30 November 2009, Media Connect Investment Limited ("Media Connect"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a Subscription Agreement with ByRead Inc. ("ByRead") whereby Media Connect agreed to subscribe for 3,608 new series A preference shares of par value of US$0.01 each to be issued by ByRead at a total subscription price of US$2,800,000 (the Subscription). Upon completion of the Subscription, Media Connect will hold approximately 53.99% of the issued share capital of ByRead. If the options granted to the founders of ByRead are exercised in full, Media Connect will then hold approximately 25.44% of the issued share capital of ByRead.
