ContentsThe Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to advise that the Company has declared on 25 November 2010 a first interim dividend of US0.800 cents (equivalent to RM0.02505 or HKD0.06207) per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 March 2011. The first interim dividend will be payable on 30 December 2010 to ordinary shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on 16 December 2010.

The Notice of the Closure of Register of Members is attached.
