Reference is made to the announcement made on 16 October 2019 in relation to the PWA (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of MHB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Contract Sum refers to the total contract value of the PWS Works amounting to RM2,900,743.00, which are payable by stages to PWS upon completion of each stages of PWS Works. The Contract Sum will be fully paid within a period of two (2) years commencing from 12 September 2019, as agreed upon in accordance with the delivery schedule.

For the purpose of the PWA, the Contract Sum was awarded to PWS based on the services provided by PWS which includes but not limited to the following:

1. to undertake to design, supply, deliver, supervise the installation and testing and commissioning of the LED Tunnel Lighting to underground tunnel in accordance with the specifications, drawings and other terms, lighting simulation and testing; and
2. providing mock-up lighting unit, manufacture test, cabling and any other works or services necessary for the supply and delivery of the goods.
