Reference is made to the announcement made on 23 October 2019 in relation to the Transaction ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning in the Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of MHB (“Board”) wishes to clarify that the supply and delivery duration of the Transaction is for a period not exceeding 12 months commencing from 1 December 2019 to 30 November 2020.
