We refer to the announcements dated 13 October 2017, 23 January 2018 and 12 March 2018 in relation to the Rights Issue ("Announcements") and the Abridged Prospectus dated 26 March 2018 ("Abridged Prospectus") and unless otherwise defined, all definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcements and Abridged Prospectus.

Pursuant to the Rights Issue, additional 11,516,438 Warrants D will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 25 April 2018 and the exercise price of the Warrants D will be revised from RM1.09 to RM0.94 each.

The Adjustments took effect from 9.00 a.m. 27 March 2018, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Rights Issue on 26 March 2018.

The notice to the holders of Warrants D containing details of the Adjustments was despatched to the holders of Warrants D on 17 April 2018.
