Bonus issue of 85,614,556 free warrants in MHB ("Warrants-D") on the basis of one (1) Warrant-D for every five (5) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in MHB ("MHB Shares") held by the shareholders of MHB whose names appear in MHB's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 August 2015 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") ("Free Warrants Issue")
Each Warrant-D carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) MHB Share at the exercise price of RM1.09 at any time during the exercise period indicated above (if the above maturity date is not a market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the fifth (5th) anniversary of the issue date of the Warrants-D), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll-D dated 3 July 2015, constituting the Warrants-D. Any Warrants-D not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 28 August 2015.
