| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of MNRB Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 45th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders present at the AGM held this morning. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd), the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please refer to the attachment for the poll results. This announcement is dated 13 September 2018.
