Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the Company has made an offer of options of a total of 29,505,000 at the option price of RM0.140 to eligible employees of the Company in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
