The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that MSSB had on 17 October 2012 received a letter from SME Corp (Letter) stating that SME Corp has agreed to appoint MSSB as the TPA for the Enabling e-Payment Services for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and MicroenterprisesProgramme.
The Letter should not be construed as binding and is subject to a formal agreement to be entered into by MSSB and SME Corp which will clearly set out the terms and conditions governing the commercial arrangements and defining the respective roles and responsibilities, rights, obligations and liabilities to be entered into by both parties.
The Enabling e-Payment Services for SMEs and Microenterprises Programme is a project under the Digital Malaysia initiative aimed to increase the adoption of ePayment among SMEs. With this initiative, SMEs and microenterprises are being enabled to accept ePayment via means of simplifying the acquisition process and lowering its cost. It will also accelerate the adoption of ePayment with the distribution of affordable point of sale (POS) terminals. (Source: www.smecorp.gov.my)

SME Corp is principally involved as a central point of reference for information and advisory services for all SMEs in Malaysia.
DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION
The Letter is available for inspection at the registered office of ManagePay at Lot 6.05, Level 6, KPMG Tower, 8 First Avenue, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
