We wish to announce that MRDIY-CC expired at 5.00 p.m. on 22 July 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of MRDIY-CC x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MRDIY-CC x (RM3.4146 - RM1.70) x (1/4)
= Number of MRDIY-CC x RM0.4287
The Closing Price of RM3.4146 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MRDIY Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
