We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Share Consolidation dated 19 November 2021, 24 January 2022, 5 May 2022 and 20 May 2022.

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Share Consolidation has been completed following the listing and quotation of 216,857,919 Consolidated Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. today.
