The Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting ("9th AGM") of the Company.

The Shareholders' Mandates approved by the Company's Shareholders at the previous Eighth Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2021 will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming 9th AGM of the Company, unless authority for its renewal is obtained from the Shareholders at the said 9th AGM. 

A Circular to Shareholders containing the information on the above will be issued to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
