The Board of Directors of NPC is pleased to announce that NPC has on 27 May 2004 granted approval for its wholly owned subsidiary, Intan Ramai Sdn. Bhd. to enter into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with Mr Teh Wooi Boon and Mr Teh Wooi Hoon in respect of the proposed acquisition of a parcel of land measuring approximately 600 acres forming part of all those land held under lease title nos. PL086290173, CL085311593 and CL085311600 all located in the District of Labuk & Sugut, Sabah for a total cash consideration of RM7,000,000/-.
