Reference is made to the following obligations of the Company pursuant to the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). 

The Company's AR 2020 is required to be issued by 30 April 2021 to Bursa Securities and its shareholders, being four (4) months from the close of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 pursuant to Paragaraph 9.23(1) of the LR.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic and the various  Movement Control Orders implemented in respect of the pandemic by the Government, Bursa Securities had via its letter dated 17 February 2021 granted an extension of time ("EOT") until 31 May 2021 for the listed issuers to issue their annual reports, which were due by 30 April 2021.

Further to the above, NPC wishes to announce that the Company had submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an additional EOT and subsequently, Bursa Securities has via its letter dated 28 May 2021 granted to NPC an additional EOT of two (2) weeks until 15 June 2021 to issue the Company's AR 2020.
